Drug Strategies: Tunnel Tail

I worked with Drug Strategies to evaluate their new mobile game for teens, Tunnel Tail. This game is freely distributed for Android and iOS devices with the goal of equipping teenagers with the skills and confidence to refuse offers of illegal drugs. Students play as mice and practice real-life refusal behaviors as they battle the influence of "corrupted" mice.

My main responsibility was to design a tool to evaluate the impact of the game on adolescents’ attitudes and perceptions of drug use. The study took place in April 2013, and the results analysis was presented at the Games, Learning, and Society conference in June.
